Cheating does not always have to mean having sex with another person, it can also be an emotional type of cheating. If you are sharing your innermost thoughts with another woman, your partner will also take this as a rejection of her love.

You take her for granted. This happens more often with couples who have been together for a long time. You may be madly in love with your partner, but if she is not connecting with you, she may connect with someone else because it is an emotional need that must be fulfilled. It’s a fairly simple thing to not take your spouse for granted, all you have to do is tell her a couple of times a day you think she looks nice, dinner was good, or that you respect her insights on things.
3rd Reason Why Women Leave Men
Lack of communication. Men communicate differently than women. Men are more direct in their communication, they tell their partners what they want. Women take a more indirect approach. If they want something, they might suggest it as a good idea. For instance, if she wants a DVD player for the bedroom, she might say something along the lines of “Wouldn’t it be nice if we could watch our DVD’s before going to sleep?” This is mostly because men are taught to be brash, while women are raised to be more reserved. Most men do not like to open up about their personal feelings, and some women may take this as you being cold and aloof.

Not spending enough time together. If you have a career that calls for you to be away from home a good bit of the time, your girlfriend/wife may feel lonely and even a bit jealous. She might feel that you are working late because you don’t like spending time with her, or that you are interested in someone else at your place of employment.

Money problems. This pertains mostly to couples who live together, but it can also apply to those who don’t. Not being able to pay bills on time can cause a great amount of stress, especially if things get shut off or repossessed. When this happens to you, she might feel as if you should have done something sooner to prevent it, and anger and resentment builds. Losing your job can have negative consequences on your relationship. I know in today’s economy this might not seem fair (and it isn’t), but it’s just the way it is.

There’s someone else. This reason usually goes hand in hand with at least one of the other reasons, but if there is an old boyfriend or ex-husband she still has strong feelings for, she may choose him over you. I know this hurts, but there’s not a whole lot you can do about this one except accept it and move on.

Her parents don’t like you. This does happen sometimes. Maybe her parents already had someone in mind for her, and if she is not a strong, independent person she may listen to her parents if they constantly tell her that you are not right for her. Parents often put their own dreams onto their children, and if they see you as a threat to those dreams, like her going to college, or succeeding in a career, they will try the best they can to get you out of the picture. Her career is more important. If your ex works in a profession, she may feel that your relationship is detrimental to her career. Perhaps she has things in her career that she has always wanted to achieve, and a relationship is just not right for her. In these situations, it’s best to give her some space and time.
Many times after a breakup, couples realize independently that they love each other and they want to be together. As the old saying goes “absence makes the heart grow fonder” and many couples who get back together enjoy a happier and healthier relationship the second time around.
